Hours: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)

Description of role:
The principal duties of the role are as follows:
Account management for Move clients – this role will play a key role in taking Move to the next level, in terms of adding significant value to Move’s rapidly growing client base.
Brief writing for clients – all non-digital channel projects plus some digital – ensuring all associated content is collated and that these briefs are then delivered in a timely manner by in-house Design, Web Dev and Account colleagues as well as sub-contractors including App Developers, Photographers and Videographers etc. Move produce a huge variety of different types of marketing material, everything from brochures and literature through to websites, videos and exhibition stands so this will be reflected in the range of brief writing.
Central point of contact for all clients on project status – liaising with different team members at Move and external sub-contractors to ensure clients receive excellent levels of customer service and project delivery. This will also include overseeing the on-boarding of new clients.
Strategic input on all non-digital projects – using the benefit of experience to suggest and drive through project improvements.
Management of all print collateral projects on behalf of clients.
Regular liaison by phone and email with Marketing Department contacts at all clients.
Management of specialist external technical copywriters for more bespoke pieces plus limited amounts of copywriting (mainly for web and brochures but also some press releases) for clients.
Bringing a creative edge to B2B industries.
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Proof reading copy for Move client work.
Management and coordination of the media space buying, booking and ad scheduling process on behalf of clients.
Bespoke research projects on behalf of clients – these will include competitor analysis, industry events, trade publication analysis, industry trends etc.
Contribute with PR data and general input for quarterly client media monitoring report production.
Client visits with or without MD and other team members.
Join on national and international pitch development and presentation teams with MD and other team members.
Marketing degree or at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in an agency environment
Would suit a self-starter/pro-active personality able to work on own initiative as there will be a degree of autonomy with the role.
Verbal communication skills are pivotal – needs to be an individual that is comfortable picking up the phone to clients and enhancing the agency/client relationships.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
The ability to work on own initiative and to work well under pressure.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
